Hello! I am a 31-year-old woman, wife, and mother. My son Alec is 3 years old, and has been diagnosed on the mild end of the autism spectrum. I wanted a forum to share experiences and progress about Alec since we started treating his disorder through integrative medicine, or biomedical interventions. I will have to start from the beginning, which is the moment Alec was born in 2005 -- and looking back, we knew something was wrong. That will be my next official post to kick off this blog.
Not to be forgotten are my loving and supportive husband, and 9-month-old baby daughter.
